CHALLENGE STARTS:

Castable: 3 Days to Transform Your Submissions

Challenge Starts: December 15th

This 3-day experience is everything you need to start getting callbacks.

It's time to transform your submissions from overlooked to irresistible.

Feel like you're invisible in a sea of talented performers?

Ready to position yourself as undeniably castable instead of just another skilled artist?

Want to find out what casting directors actually want to see?

Then you're in the right spot because...

There's a smarter, more strategic way to...

Get cast consistently without playing the guessing game

But here's the problem...

The casting world has evolved. You can't just be technically perfect these days and expect callbacks to roll in.

There's more competition than ever, casting needs are constantly shifting, and without strategic positioning...

You end up working 10 times harder on your craft just to stay invisible.

And I know you didn't become an aerial artist to feel like you're just watching less experienced performers book the roles you've been dreaming of.

Which is why inside the Castable, we simplify what it takes to get casting directors to notice you.

I'll be sharing the insider strategies that get artists hired consistently (regardless of how competitive the industry gets).

This way you're able to:

  • Get More Callbacks

  • Stop Second-Guessing Your Submissions

  • Build Your Reputation in the Industry

Meet Jennifer Drabik Pierce

Jennifer Drabik Pierce is the Director and Founder of Orlando Aerial Arts and Suspended Artistry, where she has built a thriving community for both aspiring performers and those seeking a recreational fitness program that challenges the mind, body, and spirit. Her programs are designed to develop strength, artistry, and confidence—encouraging each student to grow at their own pace while discovering their individual creative voice.

As a creative mentor and high-level act development coach, Jennifer helps artists bridge the gap between technical skill and artistic expression. Through her signature platform, Arete Act Development, she guides performers through a process of artistic mastery—helping them clarify their creative vision, strengthen performance presence, and build acts that connect deeply with audiences. Her work emphasizes creative strategy, adaptability, and authenticity, giving artists the tools to become versatile collaborators and compelling storytellers.

Jennifer is also the host of The Artist Behind the Art, a podcast that explores the intersection of artistry, process, and performance. Through intimate and insightful conversations, she invites listeners to look beyond the spotlight—unpacking the creative journeys, challenges, and inspirations that shape artists and the work they share with the world.

Classically trained in ballet, jazz, and modern dance, Jennifer began her professional career as a dancer before discovering circus arts while on tour. She fell in love with the freedom and ownership that aerial work offered. Her formal circus training includes instruction under Olympic gymnast Lance Ringnald and at the Toronto School of Circus Arts. She has toured the world as a dancer, featured aerialist, and headlining aerial act on cruise ships, corporate events, and touring productions.

Blending her background in dance, theatrical storytelling, and technical precision, Jennifer brings a distinctive blend of artistry and strategy to everything she does. Whether coaching elite performers or welcoming beginners into the aerial world, her mission remains the same—to help people see their potential clearly, trust their creative instincts, and create art that moves both themselves and their audience.
